When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that already the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed through E-filing No. CCLIN-20220002185, on 29.05.2024, before the concerned Court.

2. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to take immediate steps to number the same and proceed further. However, the prayer made in the petition has become infructuous, as final report has already been filed.
