[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] After some arguments, Mr.S.Selva Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.S.Malaikani, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' ['HCP' for brevity] as there is a specific allegation against the named person inter alia in paragraph 5 of the support affidavit but that person has not been made as a party. It is also to be noted that there is no allegation of illegal detention.
