ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher, who was appointed in the third respondent Aided Minority School on 04.06.2019 seeking a Mandamus to approve her appointment.

2. On being appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher, request letter has been forwarded by the third respondent Management on 07.09.2023 and the same is pending for consideration before the first respondent herein.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the representation and the proposal, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the said proposal and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
