ORDER
Heard Mr.T.Veerakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1, 5 to 7 and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents 1, 6 and 7. Since no action has been taken by the concerned respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 22.07.2023.
3. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court disposes the present Writ Petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner 4/7
dated 22.07.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
