This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai to expedite the case in H.M.O.P. No. 965/2024. 1/4

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner filed a divorce application before the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi in HMOP.No.143 of 2023. Subsequently, the respondent had filed a transfer petition Tr.C.M.P.(MD).No.204 of 2024 before this Court. Based upon the orders of this Court dated 24.04.2024 in Tr.C.M.P.(MD).No.204 of 2024, the case in HMOP.No.143 of 2023 on the file of the Principle Sub Court, Tenkasi was transferred to the Family Court, Madurai and renumbered as HMOP.No.965 of 2024.

3. Considering the fact that the petition for divorce in HMOP.No. 965 of 2024 is kept pending for the last two years, there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.965 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
