Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to take action on the petition mentioned application. It is seen that the document in question was registered wayback in the year 2006. Such a document cannot be dealt with under a subsequently issued circular. It is also seen that the petitioner has already filed civil suit. The petitioner has to necessarily work out his rights in the pending civil suit namely O.S.No.214 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli. Granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the said suit, this writ petition stands dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
