This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to withdraw the case in Crime No.268 of 2013 on the file of Respondent NO.2 and entrust the same to the Respondent No.3 for investigation of the case by the Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a charge sheet has been filed in S.C.No.115 of 2014 before the Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
