ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders for withdrawal of pending investigation on the file of the second respondent police and entrust the same to the CBCID for further investigation.

2. Today, the when the matter is taken up for hearing learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the third respondent is ready to take further investigation and the same will be completed within a period of three months.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, since I find no reason to transfer for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
