ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 01.10.2022, on the file of the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that summons was issued to the petitioner on 05.01.2023, directing her to appear before the third respondent on 10.01.2023.

3.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent as already directed by the respondent police in the summon and on such appearance, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
