This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the second respondent vide order dated 17.05.2023 in Crl.O.P (MD).No.8795 of 2023 in respect of Crime No.8 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent Police completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a complaint, if the second respondent/accused commits similar offence.
