judgment and decree dated 13.2.2017 passed in O.S.No.138 of 2013 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Aruppukottai by modified preliminary decree except in Survey No.198.27 (1st Schedule Item No.7).

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 516 days in representing the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD)SR No.83709 of 2023 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the duration of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the Women Advocates' Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, Indian Bank, Account No.770357420, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040, High Court 2/4

Branch, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court. 26-09-2025 mkn 3/4
