respondent police, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.7 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail 2.The first anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 02.08.2023, considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and the second anticipatory bail petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 02.08.2023. However, the petitioner again approached this Court by filing this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

3.Considering the grievous nature of offence the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court. This Court finds that there is no change in circumstances and hence, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail.
