ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 8 for ex-communicating the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted on the petitioner's representation and it was found that the allegation of ex-communication is without any basis.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the result of the enquiry was not communicated to the petitioner.

4. The first respondent shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner forthwith. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the result of the enquiry, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
