Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that no drainage channel is being dug in the petition mentioned survey numbers.

3. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader, it is being dug only in the adjacent land.
