ORDER

The petitioners seek a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to complete the enquiry in CSR No.1267 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025 on the file of the third respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the enquiry has been conducted and closed as civil in nature. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the result of the enquiry was not communicated to the petitioners.

4. The third respondent is directed to forthwith communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioners. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the decision taken in the enquiry, it is open to them to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
