2. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register the sale deed dated 10.10.2024 pending in T.P./197430621/2024 within the time fixed by this Court in accordance with law on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2024.

4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2024, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
