[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] This writ appeal has been filed against the

impugned order, dated 15.11.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.23148 of 2022, wherein, the learned Single Judge, disbelieving the case of the appellant/writ petitioner that she has not uploaded the application along with the relevant documents, dismissed the writ petition making it clear that if the case of the appellant is accepted, the Court would be literally opening the floods gates.

When we posed a question to the learned counsel for the petitioner on what date, the application of the petitioner along with relevant documents was uploaded, the learned counsel without even giving the exact date, simply stated that the application was uploaded before the date fixed for submission of the same.

Per contra, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the last

date for submitting the application along with relevant documents is 31.08.2022, but the petitioner has submitted her application only on 01.09.2022. 4.

When the last date for submitting the application along with relevant documents is 31st August 2022, the appellant has not submitted her application before the last date. Hence, the learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition. We do not find any infirmity in the order of the learned Single Judge. Hence, the Writ Appeal fails and it is dismissed. No costs.
