ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, her mother who was working as Record Clerk in Special Tahsildar Office had passed away on 28.03.2022 leaving behind her as the only legal heir. The petitioner has submitted an application on 11.05.2022 seeking compassionate appointment. On 08.06.2022, the 2nd respondent herein has sought for certain documents, so that the application could be forwarded to the 1st respondent herein.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents points out that the Integrated Certificate has not been so far produced by the writ petitioner. Hence, there is a delay in forwarding the application of the petitioner to the 1st respondent.

4. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to submit the said certificate to the 2nd respondent. On such submission, the 2/4

2nd respondent is directed to forward the same to the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent shall include the name of the petitioner in the seniority list and as and when the petitioner reaches the seniority, depending upon the eligibility and qualification, the 1st respondent shall proceed to pass orders with regard to compassionate appointment.

5. With the said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
