ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on the complaint given by the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.623 of 2025 and the enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner however would submit that the third respondent has lodged a complaint and at the best it only discloses a civil dispute.

4. Since enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made or not, it cannot be said to be harassment to the petitioner. 2/4

5. This petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry within a period of one week and communicate the same to the petitioner.
