ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent i.e., the Principal Secretary to Government Revenue and Disaster Management Department Chennai to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners representation dated 30.04.2025 regarding notional promotion as superintendent as per the approved list of year 2012-13 in which his serial number is 26 and arrange to sent revised pension proposals within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

Considering the petitioner's request for notional benefits, made by the petitioner vide representation dated 20.04.2025, to the first respondent and the same is pending with the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2025 within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
