ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.88/2023 dt 5.03.2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police Thiruverumbur All Women Police Station.
2.The petitioners are accused persons, facing charges U/s. 447,294(b),323,324 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w Sec.4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. Seeking quashment of the above said FIR this petition has been filed by the petitioners, setting out various reasons.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now investigation has been completed and final report is also made ready. Let the respondent police produce the final report before the concerned Court immediately. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report if so aggrieved. 2/4
