Mr.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17057 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17057 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
