2.When the matter was taken up, Ms.M.Nila learned counsel on record for petitioner in 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of brevity] sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned HCP saying that petitioner's son Sachin [hereinafter 'absentee' for the sake of convenience] has returned home and nothing survives in the matter.
