ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to conduct the detailed enquiry into the Crime No.215 of 2014 and file a final report before the concerned Court within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report in CNR.No.2151 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti dated 27.12.2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
