ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.38 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020 on the file of the second respondent police, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is made ready. Hence, he seeks one month time to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
