ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 28.11.2023 and the requisition letter of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, vide letter in D.No.735, dated 15/03/2024, the Court made the following order:- Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 28.11.2023, directed the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under 1/3

POCSO Act, Madurai, to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.202 of 2023 within a period of three months therefrom.

3.Now, the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, has submitted a requisition letter, dated 15.03.2024 and seeks three months further time.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, is hereby directed to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.202 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
