ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner in view of the representation, dated 06.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has taken a loan from Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited (TIIC) and since the same was not paid, the property was brought to auction and the fourth respondent was the successful bidder. He would further submit that the petitioner has filed a civil suit challenging the public auction sale and the same is pending. He would also submit that when the suit is pending, the fourth respondent is taking coercive steps to evict the petitioner from the property.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's earlier representation was enquired and the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the petitioner's present representation, dated 06.12.2022 is pending. 2/4
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
