Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The only relief sought for by the petitioner is that the first respondent should consider the petitioner's explanation before passing final order.

3. It is seen that the third respondent has lodged a complaint before the first respondent and the first respondent has issued notice to the petitioner. The petitioner has also given her representation dated 15.12.2022. The first respondent is bound to consider the petitioner's explanation and pass final order only after holding due enquiry. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
