ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022 to provide Police Escort.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 12.12.2022, is pending before the third respondent and that they may be directed to consider the same within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.12.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
