ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.38 of 2022, dated 16.12.2022, pending on the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent or any other competent authority on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2023.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. On the basis of the complaint given by her, the present case in Crime No.38 of 2022 has been registered by the third respondent under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered in the year 2022, so far no progress in the investigation. Hence, she seeks transfer of investigation.

3.The Investigating Officer is present before this Court and gave his submissions with regard to the stage of investigation. According to him, one lady who is involved in this case was suspended. Apart from that another male person was also suspended from service. They required some more time to complete the investigation. 4.Considering the submissions of the Investigating Officer, absolutely, I find no reason to transfer the investigation. Let the above said investigation be completed by the respondent police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
