ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to interfere in the money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.1055 of 2025 and the enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner however would submit that the third respondent has lodged a false complaint against the petitioner.

4. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, petition enquiry is pending and after ascertaining whether any cognizable offence is made or not, the respondent police can take further action on the complaint.

5. This petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry within a period of one week and communicate the same to the petitioner.
