This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.42 of 2012 alleged offence U/s. 419, 420, 465, 467. 471, 120(b) I.P.C., on the file of the first respondent, dated 05.12.2012 and to quash the same.

2. The petitioner herein is the second accused in Crime No.42 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police. He filed this application under the provisions of 482 Cr.P.C., in which, he seeking the relief of quashing the First Information Report. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, investigation is completed and the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was pending with the first respondent police for receiving some documents from the Sub Registrar Office, Vadamadurai, Dindigul District. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
