This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in P.R.C.No.19 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, Madurai District and quash the charge sheet as against the petitioners.

2.The petitioners herein are arrayed as A2 & A3 in P.R.C.No.19 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, Madurai District.
