ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of speedy disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2022 seeking UDR corrections. Admittedly, the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2022 shall be addressed on merits after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and final orders shall be passed by the second respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all interested partis and in accordance with law. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
