This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.37 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. A perusal of the FIR informs that a prima facie case is made out. This Criminal Original Petition, shall stand dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P(MD)No.1 of 2011 is closed.
