ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petition mentioned lands have been endowed in favour of the temple. If that be so, transactions at the instance of third parties will be hit by Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. As and when any document is presented in respect of the petition mentioned lands before the respondent, the respondent will verify the relevant revenue record and check if the case on hand will attract Section 22-A of the Act. If it is attracted, registration shall be refused.
