ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.10.2024 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS 1/3

Act in Crime No.101 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 4 Kg of Ganja. The further case of the prosecution is that this petitioner was taking steps to supply the Ganja to A1.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are four previous cases against the petitioner for the offence under the NDPS Act and in all the four cases, the petitioner was convicted. 4.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
