This petition has filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the enquiry. Page No. 1 of 4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that it is case of job rackearing and they assured that the pending enquiry will be disposed of within a period of one week and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) that they have not harassed the petitioner and will complete the enquiry within a week, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same with in a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
