O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file the final report in FIR No.1076 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is the defacto complainant in this case. Based on his complaint, the said FIR has been registered and thereafter, the respondent police have not conducted fair investigation and not filed Final Report. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the investigation was completed and negative report was filed. Based on the report, the case was closed. Since the matter has already been investigated and closed, nothing survives for adjudication.
