ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to file a charge sheet in Crime No. 19 of 2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Report is called for from the trial Court, wherein it is stated that the respondent police has not filed any final report in Cr.No.19 of 2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that within a period of three months the investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed.
