ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Contemnor/Respondent submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with.

2.However, the petitioner alleges that the order of this Court has not been complied with.

3.When the writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of by this Court, the learned Government Advocate has taken a specific stand that except growth of some trees, there is no other encroachment. This 2/4

observation was not disputed by the petitioner at that point of time. If the petitioner is of the view that a wrong submission was made, it is open to him to file a review application. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
