ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The first respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned application under the Senior Citizens Act, 2007 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixty (60) days. The first respondent shall bear in mind the conciliation provisions set out in the Act as well as in the rules framed thereunder. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent will hear the respondents 2 and 3 before passing final order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
