ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to disburse the Crop Insurance Amount to the petitioner based on his complaint dated 05.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents would submit that the village name has been wrongly entered by the 4th respondent 2/4

in the petitioner's Crop Insurance Account and therefore, the petitioner could not get the amount. However, the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submitted that they are not responsible for the same. The said issue ought to be considered by the Committee.

3. In such circumstances, 1st respondent/ District Collector is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2022 and forward the petitioner's complaint to the Committee as expeditiously as possible. Thereafter, the Committee shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders at the earliest.

4. With these observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
