This writ petition was filed to restrain the first to third respondents from effecting any patta transfer in respect of Survey No.18/2C. On account of the order issued by the Tahsildar for grant of patta to the private respondent, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed by leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
