ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.16 of 2023, dated 25.10.2023, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that already the investigation has been completed, and a charge sheet has also been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy on 15.08.2024 through e-filing No.LTN:20230000908C202400025.

3. In view thereof, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this petition and as such, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
