Respondent PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to issue a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Pudukkottai to adjudicate and dispose of H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2021, within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 07.02.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai in D.No.741/2023, dated 24.07.2023, seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of the case in HMOP.No.185/2021 on the file of the Principal subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai, this Court made the following order:- "By an order dated 07.02.2023, this Court disposed of the above C.R.Ps with direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Pudukkottai, to dispose the HMOP within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 1/3

2.Thereafter, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Pudukkottai, by a letter dated 24.07.2023 bearing reference D.No.741/2023, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension further three months time to dispose of the HMOP. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the HMOP within the time.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned Principal Sub Judge, Pudukkottai, in the above letter, the time for disposing the HMOP, is extended by another three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
