When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police submits that it is a case and counter case and during the pendency of this petition, in both the cases, the charge sheet has been filed before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
