Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner's objection, dated 22.05.2024, and not to cancel the Joint Patta No.2163 issued in respect of properties situated at S.No.459/2, 460/2 and 461/2, Uppidamangalam West Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District, without following due process of law.
