PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents 3 and 4 to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds at any post based on the Educational Qualification and to pass such other or further orders as this Court. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate grounds at any post based on the Educational Qualification.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's father had died in harness and that the petitioner had made a representation seeking for compassionate appointment to the fourth respondent, the fourth 2/5

respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.03.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the same, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
