(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. Following the notice issued by this Court, the third respondent has secured the detenue and produced her before us.

2.We had an interaction with the detenue. The detenue states that she will go with her mother. It appears that she has some matrimonial issue with her husband. We do not want to go into the said aspect. The detenue is aged about 28 years.

3.Recording the stand of the detenue, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
